GROUND FLOOR
Enter the front door into a small entry porch where shoes, wellies and umbrellas can be left after an adventure. Once shoes are deposited, step into the living room.
The living room offers a sofa and soft chairs, a wood burning stove, book shelf, writing table, television and DVD player. From the living room, you can reach the dining room and the kitchen. Additionally the stairway to the first floor is in the living room.
The dining room offers a dining table that can seat eight people, two soft chairs, a side board and a second wood burning stove. From the dining room, you can go back to the living room or go into the kitchen.
The kitchen runs the width of the house and offers a five-burner range cooker, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and microwave. It is well stocked with cooking utensils, serving and tableware, and glassware. There is a door to the side patio, where an outside set of table and chairs offer al fresco dining options.
The kitchen opens into the back hall where there is a back door leading to the rear of the house as well as an outside tap and hose pipe for post-beach rinsing. There is also a washing machine and dryer int he back hall, and a door leads to the downstairs bathroom.
The downstairs bathroom is a fresh, clean shower room offering a loo, a pedestal sink, a shower with a handheld shower head as well as a rain shower head, and storage space.
FIRST FLOOR
Upstairs there are five bedrooms and one bathroom. All bedrooms offer drawers, hanging space, bedside tables and lamps, and a chair. They also have blackout blinds, openable windows and thermostatic radiators. The bedrooms and bathroom are all accessed from a central hallway at the top of the stairs, which is lit by good overhead lighting as well as a sky light. There is a stair gate installed at the top of the stairs for child safety and to keep dogs downstairs.
Bedroom 1 offers a super king bed, which can be made into two singles.
Bedroom 2 offers a king bed.
Bedroom 3 offers a single bed.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 both offer double beds.
The bathroom has a loo, vanity sink, cast iron bathtub, and separate shower. It is newly installed, fresh and light.
GARDEN
There is a driveway at the front of the house where two to three cars can park in line. There is also a garden at the front of the house with lawn and mature beds.
To the side of the house is a terrace, which is a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast al fresco or a tea and welsh cake in the afternoon.
At the rear of the house is a very large garden accessed by a set of steps. There is plenty of space for children and dogs to play. There is also a summer house with books and games as well as picnic table with fabulous views to the sea.
